The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short taxi ride away from Chillán. the room was beautifully designed and modern, featuring a very comfortable bed and sheets.

The hotel was located close to taxi, and the mountain. Every staff member was amiable and excellent. Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, incredibly comfortable room with very comfortable bed & sheets. The highlight was the outstanding food. The location very close to the ski lifts was exceptionally nice.

This place has a great location close to restaurants and the staff is excellent, we were even upgraded to a guest room with a very comfortable bed and sheets.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Nevados de Chillan and restaurants. the staff members were friendly. - the rooms were spacious. - the comfortable bed and sheets in the room were much appreciated. - Its proximity to the mountains was a great feature. - Additionally, being just 2 miles away from Ecoparque Shangri-La was a bonus.
